How is Getback2action is Helping?

This website is a tool for those who want to know more about cancer treatments and the current updates we hear and talk about. Follow us on facebook  @Getback2action. We’re looking to start it’s pilot program Spring or Summer of 2020 in NYC. We want to be resourceful and be a gateway for other programs that may help you and your child get the information and resources you need.

Many of the links on this website will address topics like cancer costs, cancer month awareness, sport athletes, and links to other non-profits providing services you may need. As most families know, once you have gone through the cancer treatment process,  co-pays, prescriptions, and other out of pocket expenses add up quickly which could leave you in medical debt.

Our social media site links, which are located on the bottom of the page, and links to articles, are coming from a wide range of organizations and are here to help you become aware of the increasingly expensive process cancer can become. Cancer doesn’t stop after your treatment, as many patients have follow up appointments and tests done to make sure they are cancer free. Getback2action is here to shed light on the costs of treatments, and be a gateway to other non-profit organizations that might be able to help you and your family.
